After a lot of demand, mainly due to a hard earned reputation for negotiating the right balance between buyer and seller and dealing with people in a sympathetic way, I started my own Estate Agency and Property Search business in 2006 in the  area I grew up in, and cover  Breconshire, Radnorshire, Montgomeryshire, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire with occasional forays over the border into Herefordshire and Shropshire.

After working for large corporate traditional estate agency firms in South East England, Mid Wales and Herefordshire I realised there seemed to be an opening for a more personalised service where you are not just another number on a statistical report .

I am also very lucky in having a growing team who believe in the value of helping people as much as I do, and together we are becoming a very popular alternative to the mainstream.

And to think all I wanted was a quiet life.....

With the Property Search service I work for the buyer, sourcing the right property for you and negotiating on your behalf, saving you time, money and a lot of heartache. The seller or their agent is made aware that I am in this instance working on behalf of the buyer, who is paying my fee, and that no fee is payable by them.  AND I HAVENT FAILED YET!!
